NaPoWriMo Day 24/#23

by krstaten

Tonight we’ll be just
like balloons, ready to drift
into anything
or nothing.

I kind of screwed up yesterday. Got very drunk and forgot to write an actual poem. I did write a very short and profanity-laden “poem” for my friend who is sick and has a fever, so TECHNICALLY I did still write a poem yesterday and have not completely screwed up NaPoWriMo, but that one will not be shared. (Mostly because it was written in literally about 20 seconds and is nothing but cussing about being sick. But it rhymes.)

Today’s recommendation:
